Anastazia was the first kitten to arrive in Litter A. Strong and substantial from birth, she continues to show a powerful frame, broad polydactyl paws with six toes on each and a black smoke coat revealing more silver as it develops.
When something new appears in the nursery, Anastazia is usually the first to investigate. She plays with complete enthusiasm and approaches unfamiliar experiences confidently, yet that boldness is balanced by a wonderfully affectionate and trusting nature. She enjoys being close to us and has become deeply loved for far more than her striking appearance.

Alessandora has a calm way of making herself part of the day. She likes to know where people are and is often somewhere close behind, content to share company without asking to be the centre of attention.
Thoughtful and observant, she takes a moment with something new before joining in. Once comfortable, her playful side appears completely. She is gentle, trusting and deeply affectionate, with a calm confidence that becomes clearer as she settles.
Her black bicolour markings are becoming increasingly defined as she develops. Her remarkable POL 93 paws with seven toes on each front paw and six on each back, give her an unmistakable appearance.
Alessandora will suit a home that values gentle companionship and a cat who likes to be quietly involved in everyday life, following its rhythm in her own way.
RAISED AT TYCOON MANOR
THEIR EARLY WEEKS
The earliest weeks shape far more than physical growth. From birth, every kitten is handled gently, observed closely and introduced gradually to the normal sounds, movement and routines of the home. These steady experiences allow confidence and trust to develop without rushing them.
Living so closely with the kittens allows us to understand each one beyond colour and appearance, their temperament, preferences and the kind of companionship they enjoy. It also means we can speak honestly with families about how an individual kitten may fit into their home.
HEALTH & PREPARATION
Each kitten’s weight, condition and development are followed from birth. They are fed a complete, age-appropriate diet across regular meals to support steady growth. The parents of every Tycoon Manor litter complete breed-relevant DNA testing through Laboklin, and copies of the relevant results are available to families considering one of our kittens.
PLACEMENT
Every kitten leaves under a written Tycoon Manor contract. Companion kittens are registered with TICA as Not for Breeding (NFB), and the contract requires neutering by six months of age, with written confirmation from the family’s veterinary surgeon unless a later date is advised.
Active registration may be discussed with established, registered catteries whose approach to health testing, welfare and the future of their cats is compatible with our own. It is never included automatically and is agreed separately in writing.

The full companion price is shown here so that there are no unexpected costs later.
The companion price is the complete price for collection from Tycoon Manor. It includes TICA registration marked Not for Breeding (NFB), pedigree, microchipping, the full primary vaccination course, veterinary health checks, complimentary introductory insurance and the settling-in pack described below.
Travel or delivery is not included in the companion price. Where transport is requested and can be arranged, the full cost will be confirmed separately and agreed in writing before transport is booked.
An enquiry does not place a kitten on hold. We first arrange a conversation so that the family can ask questions, learn more about the kitten and decide with us whether the match feels right. The Tycoon Manor contract is then sent to be read and signed. A £300 reservation payment is requested only after the contract has been agreed. It forms part of the total price and is deducted from the remaining balance.
The remaining balance is payable no later than 48 hours before the agreed collection date. No kitten can leave Tycoon Manor until payment has cleared in full.
A reservation payment is not automatically retained in every circumstance. If a family later withdraws after reserving a kitten, any amount retained will be limited to the reasonable direct loss resulting from the cancellation, as explained in the signed contract. If Tycoon Manor is unable to proceed, all money paid will be returned in full.
Departure dates remain subject to the kitten’s health, development and final veterinary assessment. If a kitten needs additional time before leaving, their welfare will always take precedence and no additional boarding charge will be made.
Breeding rights are not included in the companion price and are never granted through payment alone. Active registration may be discussed only with an established, registered cattery and is agreed separately. The complete price and additional terms are provided in writing before any reservation payment is requested.
READY FOR HOME
LEAVING TYCOON MANOR
Kittens leave Tycoon Manor no earlier than thirteen weeks of age, once they are fully weaned, litter trained, microchipped and at least seven days beyond completion of their primary vaccinations. Each kitten receives a final veterinary health check before joining their new family.
DOCUMENTATION & SETTLING IN
Each kitten leaves with their registration certificate and pedigree, signed Tycoon Manor contract, vaccination and veterinary health record, microchip transfer details, parasite-treatment record, parental health-testing information and complimentary introductory insurance.
A Tycoon Manor settling-in pack is also prepared for the journey home, including the kitten’s current food, feeding guidance, a familiar blanket and a favourite toy.
LIFELONG SUPPORT
Our responsibility does not end at collection. Because we have known each kitten from birth, we remain available throughout their life for guidance on settling in, nutrition, development and everyday care. Families are always welcome to contact us when they need advice or reassurance.
FUTURE LITTERS
REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
Plans for future litters are shared once a pairing and its timing are confirmed. Families who would like to hear as those plans develop are welcome to register their interest.
Registering interest does not reserve a kitten or create a numbered waiting list. It allows us to keep families informed and, once kittens are old enough for their individual characters to emerge, to make contact where one may suit what they are looking for.
